U21 Global Citizens Program

U21 Global Citizens is a free online courses organized by U21 for students from allied universities. Participants will study across regions and time zones with 2,000 students from 27 universities around the world and contribute to the goals of Sustainable Development of the United Nations through online learning.

Introduction of this program

The program wil last for 3 weeks, from October 4th to October 22nd.

The course includes a total of 9 hours of online study and 3 hours of webinar. Specific course information can refer to:

Program Fees: Free of Charge

 

After this program, you will receive:

1. Broaded your international horizons;

2. Micro-certificates and badges provided by the organizer, which can be displayed on the LinkedIn profile;

 

Eligibility:

1. Full-time students (undergraduate or graduate).

2. At least 18 years of age.

3. Foreign language ability: more than 600 in CET-4, or more than 520 in CET-6, or above 90 in TOEFL, or above 6.5 in IELTS. Excellent foreign language skills are preferred.

4. Once you have passed the application for joining the program, you are not allowed to quit during the program. Please consider the existing academic pressure and your own level before signing up.

5. Students who have previously completed U21 Global Citizens (October 2020 or April 2021) cannot re-enroll.

Undergraduate students: Log in MySJTU, click: international exchange -- Undergraduate overseas Exchange program application -- fill in the form -- select "U21 Global Citizens Program".

Graduate student: Log in MySJTU, click: graduate student -- overseas exchange program application -- fill in the form -- select "U21 Global Citizens Project".

 

Guide for application:

Please upload your "Study Plan", and decribe your study plan as answering the following question: 

"Which UN Sustainable Development Goals are you interested in and why?"

For "All other documents", please download the Excel from attached, fill in English and upload the form  named as "Name +U21 Information Registration Form".
